The best part of our amazing stay was the nice hot breakfast with pepper, overcooked tomatoes plus rate-hot foods. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable quiet with toiletries and roomy balcony and the 13th or 14th floors...

Apartment was high standard with comfy bed. Greatly enjoyed that we had a lounge area, climate control and it's own balcony. The vibe here was special. The staff was very attentive and flexible and provided good services.

The breakfasts are nice hot. Glad I took studio suite, it was stylish and great-sized. The location is absolutely perfect and amazing, relatively close to Chapel Street.

The rooms are high quality and decent size plus have essentials you need. 24 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near to public transport.

Comfortable quiet room, a lounge area, a balcony and a dining table were a nice surprise. The location was particularly good and easy, and we could reach an 18-hole championship golf course by walking. The area was great not far from centrum by tram, transport and CBD and St Kilda busniness district, and restaurant.

Extremely helpful staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Tastefully decorated, comfortable quiet room with an own bathroom and a shower and a hairdryer. Handy location, easy walk to everywhere. Good choice of food options just a short walk away from the venue.

Rooms were very worn and in need of renovation. The air conditioning was difficult to figure out and the bed was uncomfortable.

not much, rooms not cleaned until 4pm, staff failed to call us ,as an early wake up call. no sweetners in hotel for coffee.( im A diabetic)

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident in the well-equipped rooms with small kitchens. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop only minutes away, making it easy to access the city and suburbs.

This hip new hotel was a unique base for short stay. The location in a pretty quiet area was perfect and there were a market and a convenience store nearby. Ate at Spudbar Chevron, it's relatively close to the venue.

Reception staff attitude was poor. We had to start the conversation to invite offer of service. Be careful about transactions. We were given $50 less change on settling the one-day hotel bill by cash (hope it was careless mistake). Our friends checking in at the same time had worse luck. Given a first room with a faulty faucet (making him all wet), then given a second room designed for the disabled (uneven floor levels I.E. rising and falling to suit wheelchairs but dangerous for people used to flat ground). They had to threaten to file a complaint before given a third room.

Some Reception staff particularly German supervisor rude to asian guests on several occasions.

We had a fantastic stay at Mantra! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram stop and a convenient store nearby. The room was spotless and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room dining options were delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
